ORDER TIME How long is ordering time?
Ordering time may vary depending on your tile selection. We stock floor, wall, and setting products for your convenience. Special orders are available within a few days notice. Some orders however, can take up to 2 weeks to bring in. We can check stock and order time immediately to give you an estimate on delivery date. We recommend that you come in at least 2 weeks prior to installation to order your tiles.
DESIGN ADVICE Do you offer design advice?
We have had experience working with designers and studying current trends to suit your style. We have designed hundreds of kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces over the years. We are more than happy to help you achieve your vision. Please bring in paint, countertop, kitchen cupboards, and curtains to find the right match. The more the better.
DISCOUNTS Do you offer discounts?
We price our tiles at the contractor rate. Whether you are a designer, builder, or residential individual; everyone receives the same low price. We are legendary for a competitive prices and blowouts on discontinued tiles. A discount can be added at the employees discretion at the point of sale.
RETURNS What is your return policy?
There is a 25 percent restocking charge on all products within 30 days. There are no returns after 30 days. There are no returns on grout, glue, or thin-set. There are no returns on special orders.
INSTALL Do you install?
No. We do not install through our store. We do however have records and numbers of experienced, trust worthy contractors and installers that we have dealt with over the years. We can recommend a good, local installer for your needs when tiles are purchased at our store. Please do not call for installer phone numbers, we are not a phone book.
DELIVERY Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer a delivery service that is priced dependent on order size and stock availability. The minimum order cost is $25.00. We only deliver within Toronto.
SAMPLES Do you lend out samples?
Yes. Samples can be borrowed with a deposit that is refundable upon return. If samples are not in stock, a purchase must be made for that item and we will order it in for you.

Parking
Parking is located in front of our store. Parking is available after 9:00 am with the purchase of a ticket from the Green P. We will help you with your order directly to your car.

We are located at Main Subway Station. Exit the station. Walk south to Danforth Avenue. Turn East (left) on Danforth avenue and walk 2 blocks to our store.
